Job Qualification Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 1-year of verifiable prior work experience in the position. Must have knowledge of beef and pork meat cuts, including standard and premium cuts, and their pricing.
Must have experience in animal slaughtering, meat cutting, and wrapping for retail or wholesale marketing. Must have basic arithmetic skills and the ability to perform invoicing, petty cash
reconciliation, and related monetary transactions. Must be physically capable of performing tasks that involve strenuous manual labor, including lifting, cutting, and operating meat
processing equipment. Willing to work on flexible hours including holidays and weekends. Can work under less upervision and must be able to meet work deadlines. Must have own transportation to and from work and must possess a valid CNMI Driver's License. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid CNMI Food Handler's Permit. All applicants must submit an

This job is a temporary full-time position. Prepare and place meat cuts and products in display counter, so they will appear attractive and catch the shopper's eye. Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers. Shape, lace, and tie roasts, using boning knife, skewer, and twine. Record quantity of meat received and/or issued to restaurants and customers. Keep and maintain records of meat delivered and sold. Cure, smoke, tenderize and preserve meat. Negotiate with companies or clients to determine order details. Do other related duties as assigned from time to time.
